Onsite Support
Pixius Enhanced Business Services offers on-site information technology (IT) support services for clients who have unplanned or an emergency need for IT support. On-site services can include many of the same services offered under our full "Managed Service" solutions. They are not, however, delivered on a regularly scheduled basis but on an as-needed basis and they are scheduled when technicians or engineers are available.
On-Site Support Services Include:
- Network diagnostic and troubleshooting
- Network administration
- Support coverage when your existing IT staff is training or on vacation
- Eliminating virus or spyware outbreaks
- New computer setup, configuration and upgrades
- Systems and network design, planning, deployment, upgrades, migrations and moves
- IT performance measurement and optimization
- Internet access and services selection, setup and installation assistance
